ENCOURAGING & WELCOME NEWS

Not many would disagree with the fact that Prime Minister Tony Blair might still be the British P.M had he not joined in the war against Iraq. Be that as it may, very few would doubt his competence and so I for one am very pleased to learn he has accepted the formidable job of serving as mediator for the troubled middle East peoples. I know you join me in wishing him not only the best of luck but in praying he can do what no one else before him has done, bring peace to a region where the word "Peace" is unknown. It is time to put away hatred and religious differences and if anyone can achieve this goal, I believe it is Mr. Blair.

When I become President, I will place at Mr. Blair's disposal, all the help he may need or request as his is a most welcome and long overdue effort. While I do not expect to see it in my lifetime, I would hope that in our children's and their children's lifetimes, religion no longer is reason to hate And to kill and to destroy. I often think if we had all been born one religion and one color, there probably would never had been wars and the worlds population would be many times larger, and the words "love" and "tolerance" would have a different meaning.

So much for my hope and respect for Mr. Blair. Now for my campaign, you will be pleased to know I recently made a whirlwind tour of the Southern part of the U.S. where I ate Catfish, Chitlins, red-eyed gravy and sat around campfires with just plain folks explaining my vision for the future of our great land. I am sure I gathered many votes on this tour, (not to mention a stomach ache from what I digested.)

I know my platform has garnered the interest of many of you and I have pledged to fulfill these promises. Join me in wishing Mr. Blair the very best of luck and drive carefully, I will need your vote.
